HANDY PICTURE RETURN POLICY

 

General conditions:

1. The customer must send his request for change or return to the Customer Service mail info@HANDYPICTURES.com
2. It is essential to present the proof of purchase and the scanned identity document of the person who will make the exchange or return.
3. If a promotional pack is purchased, all items included in the promotion must be delivered.
4. All products must have their original packaging and be in perfect condition (no signs of use).
5. No exchanges or returns are accepted for products purchased in liquidations, auctions or balances.
6. Credit notes can only be used for products sold in HANDYPICTURES.com

in previous coordination with Customer Service for their respective exchange.

 

How do I make the exchange?

1. All changes must be notified via email within 07 calendar days after the receipt of the product.
2. Send an email requesting the change or return to the Customer Service email address info@HANDYPICTURES.com. In this email you must attach the payment receipt and a justification of the change request.
3. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. After delivery, the product will be evaluated and notified by mail if it is in perfect condition for the change.
5. It will be coordinated by mail with Customer Service info@HANDYPICTURES.com for the change of the product with the specifications of the client.
6. In case it is a different model, the new product must have the same or a higher value than the previous product, in case it is a higher value, the customer must cancel the excess.
7. The new product will be sent to the customer’s address.

 

How do I make a return?

1. Returns will only be accepted when there is evidence of faults due to manufacturing origin and will be made by means of a Credit Note.
2. All returns must be notified via email within 07 calendar days after receipt of the product.
3. Send an email requesting the return to the Customer Service email address info@HANDYPICTURES.com. In this you must attach proof of payment and a justification of the return request.
4. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
